1. What We Do

Cheer Ammo creates and sells cosmetics designed for cheerleaders, performers, and bold humans who like their makeup to last longer than one routine.

We sell makeup—not miracles—but we do our best to get pretty close ✨

 

2. Using Our Website Like a Decent Person

By using this site, you agree to:

• Not do anything illegal, sketchy, or chaotic

• Not mess with our website, pricing, or checkout system

• Not steal our photos, text, or designs and pretend they’re yours

Basically: behave.

 

3. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability (popular things sell out fast—don’t take it personally).

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, fraud, or suspicious activity.

• Prices may change without notice because inflation is rude.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it’s final unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Makeup Disclaimer (Please Read This One)

Everyone’s skin is different.

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or misuse

• Patch test before full application (your skin will thank you)

• Our products are for external use only

• Do not use on broken skin or in ways makeup was never meant to be used (looking at you, eyeliner-on-tattoos crowd)

If irritation occurs: stop using the product immediately.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders as fast as humanly possible.

Once your package leaves us:

• Carrier delays are out of our control

• Incorrect addresses entered by you = not our fault

• Lost packages after delivery confirmation = carrier issue

Please double-check your shipping info. Glam waits for no one.

 

6. Returns & Refunds (Because Hygiene Matters)

Due to the nature of makeup:

• Used or opened products are non-refundable

• Returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

• Refunds/exchanges follow our posted return policy

No returns for “it didn’t match my vibe.”

 

7. Intellectual Property (Hands Off Our Glam)

All content on this site—logos, product names, photos, text, and designs—belongs to Cheer Ammo.

You may not:

• Copy it

• Repost it

• Sell it

• Claim it as your own

If you love it, tag us. If you steal it, don’t.

 

8. User Content & Tags

If you tag Cheer Ammo or submit photos/videos:

• You give us permission to repost your content

• You confirm it’s yours to share

• You accept that we might show it off (because it’s probably fire)

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Cheer Ammo is not responsible for:

• Skin reactions

• Misuse of products

• Decisions made at 5am before competition makeup.

Use responsibly. Slay safely.

 

10. Website Availability

Sometimes websites glitch. If ours does, take a breath—we’ll fix it. Nobody panic.
