For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetics are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or swatched. If the seal’s broken, it’s yours. Period.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, don’t panic, girl — UK consumer law has your back.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.

Wrong shade? Changed your mind? Still cute, but not refundable.

Choose wisely, queen.

Always check ingredients — we can’t refund allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Refunds (when approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we messed up.
