At Cheer Ammo, we ship your makeup as fast as possible—because nobody wants to wait for their face to arrive 💄

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed during peak times (launches, sales, competition season 👀) may take a little longer—but we promise we’re working on it.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Obsess responsibly.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Domestic orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International orders: Can take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and vibes

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout because postage math is mysterious and ever-changing.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are your responsibility. We don’t control customs—trust us, we’ve tried.

Once It Leaves Us…

Once your package is handed over to the carrier:

• Delays caused by postal services are out of our control

• Lost or delayed packages are the carrier’s responsibility

• Delivered-but-“missing” packages need to be taken up with the carrier

We’ll help where we can, but we can’t chase your mailman.

Incorrect Addresses (A Tragedy)

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not refundable

• Reshipping costs will apply if your package is returned to us

International Orders

• Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections

• Customs delays are normal and not our fault

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Include photos of the packaging and product

• We’ll review and make it right if eligible
